After finally confirming the renewal of Nikita for a six-episode series finale on The CW, President Mark Pedowitz ensured they wanted to give fans a conclusion. For the lowest rated show The CW chose to bring back, November 22 will begin a six-episode conclusion for the fourth, condensed season of Craig Silverstein's story. Of course, the season three finale left Nikita framed for the assassination of the President, choosing to estrange herself from Alex, Birkhoff, and yes, even Michael. The story is said to pick up from there with Amanda still in Nikita's sights.
Perhaps this was the right move on the network's part, since Nikita was just on the border of cancellation. Six episodes should mean we'll be thrown directly into the action that has made this show watchable. The six-week finale season for Nikita starts November 22.
